Logistics Manager – Procurement (Ukraine)

About the role

The Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) is seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to lead and strengthen procurement operations across Ukraine. This role is designed for a strategic, solutions‑oriented professional comfortable working in a complex humanitarian environment, ensuring efficient and compliant supply‑chain delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all procurement activities to guarantee timely, transparent, and cost‑effective acquisition of goods and services.
• Ensure compliance with NRC policies, donor requirements, and Ukrainian regulations.
• Lead and develop a procurement team, fostering risk‑aware and accountable practices.
• Strengthen procurement systems and processes to support programme delivery.
• Manage supplier relationships, contracts, and performance monitoring.

Required profile

• Proven experience in procurement or supply‑chain management within humanitarian or volatile contexts.
• Strong leadership and team‑management capabilities.
• Commitment to accountability, compliance, and ethical standards.
• Legal eligibility to work in Ukraine (no visa sponsorship provided).

Required skills

• Knowledge of procurement best practices and donor compliance.
• Familiarity with Ukrainian procurement regulations.
