About the role
Norwegian Capacity (NORCAP) is seeking a Locally Led Funding Specialist to support its partnership with the Alliance of Ukrainian Civil Society Organisations (CSOs) hosted by NRC Ukraine. The role focuses on strengthening locally led approaches to funding and resource mobilisation for Ukrainian CSOs.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in developing and implementing locally led funding strategies for the Alliance of Ukrainian CSOs.
- Coordinate with partner organisations to identify and mobilise resources.
- Support the preparation of funding proposals and grant documentation.
- Contribute to knowledge‑sharing on best practices in donor relations and grants management.
Required profile
- Experience in donor relations, grants management or a related funding field.
- Familiarity with the Ukrainian civil‑society context.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
