Legal Manager – Market Entry, Employment & Immigration

About the role

PwC Legal Ukraine is seeking a seasoned manager to lead its Market Entry & Exit, Employment & Immigration practice. The role involves overseeing complex legal projects that help clients establish or close businesses in Ukraine while ensuring compliance with corporate, employment and immigration regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of concurrent projects and workstreams across the practice, ensuring end‑to‑end delivery.
• Handle client communications and maintain strong relationships.
• Plan and manage team workload, delegating tasks and guiding junior members.
• Align project outcomes with the practice’s strategic priorities.

Required profile

• University degree in Law.
• 8+ years of professional experience in a consulting firm, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Deep knowledge of Ukrainian corporate and employment law; knowledge of other legal fields is a plus.
• Proven track record of delivering market entry, exit, employment and immigration projects.
