Lead Marketing & Growth – Ukraine

About the role

The Growth & Marketing Lead owns growth and engagement initiatives for Glovo's most important business pillar – end‑service users. The team is data‑driven and results‑focused, with performance measured against new‑customer and recurrent‑customer OKRs and profitability targets.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement local marketing and growth strategies, adapting the global playbook to Ukrainian market needs.
• Lead offline and online marketing activations, optimise in‑app content, and set promotional, pricing and point‑of‑sale strategies.
• Analyse user interaction data, identify growth opportunities and drive data‑backed projects.
• Manage media mix, negotiate partnerships and monitor competitor activity to stay within CAC targets.
• Coordinate cross‑functional initiatives with Operations, Finance and Commercial teams to drive user‑centric growth.
• Maintain stakeholder relationships, communicate progress and compile performance reports.

Required profile

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Marketing or related field.
• 5‑7 years of professional experience, at least 3 years in Marketing or Trade Marketing (FMCG, e‑commerce, telecom, FinTech, etc.).
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in quantitative analysis and data mining.
• Technical proficiency in big‑data analysis and visualisation tools (PowerBI, Looker, Tableau).
• Basic SQL knowledge is a plus.
• Advanced project‑management skills in local and international environments.
• Excellent stakeholder‑management abilities across all organisational levels.
• Fluency in English and Ukrainian.
