Key Account Manager – Retail Chains

About the role

TP-Link Ukraine is looking for a dynamic Key Account Manager to drive growth across national retail chain stores. You will be the main point of contact for major retail partners, shaping the market presence of our consumer networking and electronics brands.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, negotiate and execute annual sales targets for each key account and business unit.
• Manage long‑term relationships with top retail buyers such as Comfy, Foxtrot, Allo, Epicentr, Leroy Merlin, etc.
• Identify new sales opportunities, secure shelf space, and oversee SKU listings, new product launches and price positioning.
• Design and implement trade‑marketing activities, including in‑store displays, promotional baskets, smart‑home demo zones and POSM.
• Spend 40%+ of time visiting stores to monitor stock, suggest refills, track competitor activity and provide training to retail staff.
• Collaborate with internal Marketing, Logistics and Finance teams to align strategies and resolve operational issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in key‑account or retail sales management within consumer electronics, computer peripherals or IT/networking products.
• Proven success managing large electronics and DIY retail chains and meeting sell‑through targets.
• Strong knowledge of retail channel mechanics (sell‑in, sell‑through, ASP, IHS) and ability to analyse sales data.
• Fluency in Ukrainian and upper‑intermediate English (B2) for internal reporting.

Required skills

• Advanced MS Excel (pivot tables, reporting).
• Proficiency with Office 365 tools.
