Junior Creator Specialist

About the role

BetterMe is seeking a Junior Creator Specialist to discover and collaborate with talented creators for its marketing campaigns and social media content. You will manage the end‑to‑end creator partnership process, from outreach to final delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and recruit creators and actors capable of producing visually appealing content for BetterMe.
• Manage collaborations, including initial contact, agreement signing, and content receipt.
• Prepare briefs, references, and scripts; assist creators with outfit and location choices and optimise scripts for higher conversions.
• Maintain positive relationships with creators to ensure mutual satisfaction.

Required profile

• Proven ability to find talent across various platforms.
• Comfort with using new methods and tools for creator discovery.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, their algorithms, and current trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation skills and confidence to manage multiple creators simultaneously.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, multi‑platform environment.
• Upper‑intermediate English or higher.
