Junior Creative Animator

About the role

Perion’s Creative Services team builds high‑impact motion ads that stand out across social, CTV, DOOH and display. This entry‑level position offers a remote opportunity for a motivated animator based in Ukraine to join a close‑knit creative team.

Key responsibilities

• Build 2D animations for digital ad formats from asset preparation to final export.
• Apply core motion‑design principles such as timing, easing, rhythm and weight.
• Animate typography that captures attention across various screen environments.
• Translate creative briefs into visual stories, delivering polished motion assets.
• Collaborate with designers and project managers, iterating quickly based on feedback.
• Stay updated on motion‑design and digital‑advertising trends to inject fresh ideas.

Required profile

• Portfolio demonstrating solid 2D animation and motion‑design work.
• Basic to intermediate experience with Adobe After Effects.
• Basic experience with Adobe Photoshop and/or Illustrator for asset preparation.
• Strong eye for composition, layout and visual storytelling.
• Ability to simplify complex messages into clear visual content.
• Openness to feedback and a genuine drive to improve.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
