Junior Corporate Learning Coordinator

About the role

Join Nestlé Business Solutions' Training & Learning HUB as a Junior Corporate Learning Coordinator. You will support the administration of learning solutions, ensure data quality, and collaborate with senior stakeholders to deliver effective training experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Administer learning solutions and manage participants on the iLearn platform.
• Maintain the quality of learning content data.
• Coordinate and resolve queries and system errors.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders across functions and businesses.
• Provide reporting and analytics to generate business insights.
• Process ad‑hoc requests based on functional needs.
• Contribute to improvement and value‑added projects.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Communication, International Relations, Business Administration or equivalent.
• Proven experience managing short‑ and long‑term projects with strong coordination and administration skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and autonomously.
• Excellent communicator, team player with a customer‑first mindset.
• Advanced written and verbal English.
