Junior Business Analyst (Hybrid, Pryluky)

About the role

Miratech is seeking a Junior Business Analyst to join its client team in Pryluky, Ukraine. Working in a hybrid model (three days onsite, two days remote), you will help identify business needs, analyse processes, and deliver data‑driven insights that support operational efficiency and strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders using proven analysis techniques.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, specifications, and process diagrams.
• Analyse existing processes to uncover improvement opportunities.
• Support the design and implementation of process enhancements, reporting solutions, dashboards, and automation initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle to align requirements and gather feedback.
• Prepare reports, presentations, business cases, and recommendations to communicate findings.
• Participate in project planning, coordination, and delivery activities, including workshops and meetings.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in business analysis, project coordination, process analysis, or a similar role.
• Understanding of business analysis principles and techniques.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
