Junior Business Analyst (Hybrid – Pryluky)

About the role

We are seeking a Junior Business Analyst to join our client team in Pryluky on a hybrid basis. The role focuses on identifying business needs, analysing processes, and delivering data‑driven insights that support operational improvements and strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders using proven data‑collection techniques.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, specifications, and process diagrams.
• Analyse existing business processes to pinpoint improvement opportunities.
• Support the design and implementation of process enhancements, reporting solutions, dashboards, and automation initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle to align requirements and incorporate feedback.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and business cases to communicate findings and recommendations.
• Participate in project planning, coordination, and delivery, including facilitating workshops and meetings.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 + year experience as a Business Analyst, Project Coordinator, Process Analyst, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of business analysis principles and process‑mapping techniques.
• Ability to work onsite in Pryluky at least three days per week and remotely for the remainder.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
