About the role

Intetics is seeking a Java Technical Interviewer to assess candidates for Java developer positions. You will work closely with recruitment teams to ensure high‑quality hiring decisions.

Key responsibilities

Conduct technical interviews and coding assessments for Java roles.
Collaborate with recruiters to refine interview questions and techniques.
Provide detailed feedback and hiring recommendations to managers and HR.
Stay current with Java technologies to evaluate candidates effectively.
Help create and standardize interview processes and training materials.

Required profile

Proven experience as a Java developer.
Strong understanding of Java ecosystems and frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate.
Previous experience in technical interviewing, mentoring, or teaching is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
