IT Specialist / System Administrator

About the role

Seeking Alpha is looking for a forward‑thinking System Administrator to join its global IT team. You will provide high‑level, proactive technical support to employees worldwide, ensuring smooth operations and optimal use of technology.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver remote technical support across Windows, macOS and basic Linux environments, meeting internal SLAs.
• Identify and lead IT improvement projects such as hardware upgrades, software rollouts and security initiatives.
• Manage procurement, delivery and inventory of IT assets for Europe and Ukraine, maintaining vendor relationships.
• Ensure IT continuity and act as a trusted custodian of administrative access and sensitive data, including during emergencies.
• Educate users on tools, services and best practices to increase self‑sufficiency and reduce recurring issues.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in IT Helpdesk or Desktop Support, preferably in small to mid‑sized teams.
• Strong hands‑on troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
