ICT Officer – North-East Ukraine (Kharkiv)

About the role

The ICT Officer will lead the establishment, implementation and daily management of ICT systems for the NRC Area Office in North‑East Ukraine. The role ensures reliable hardware, software and network services for staff and field offices while complying with NRC ICT policies.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and support ICT infrastructure, including hardware, printers, LAN/Wi‑Fi and Cisco Meraki equipment.
• Provide end‑user support via the Fresh Service helpdesk, handling incidents, requests and equipment breakdowns.
• Install, configure and update NRC ICT tools such as Outlook, Office365, Okta, Agresso, OneDrive, Unit4 Excelerator and antivirus solutions.
• Manage user accounts, software licences and VPN access.
• Monitor internet link performance for the Area and field offices.
• Prepare status reports, ensure proper documentation filing and promote continuous improvement of ICT services.
• Deliver training and inductions on ICT tools for NRC staff.

Required profile

• Legal right to work in Ukraine.
• Proven experience in ICT support and infrastructure management.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaborate with field teams.
