Head of Marketing (Film & Media Platform)

About the role

DG Cinema is a film production and media company seeking a Head of Marketing to design and run a comprehensive marketing system for its original films, series and media platform. The role combines strategic planning, audience development and partnership building to drive growth and monetisation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy for DG Cinema and its platform.
• Lead marketing activities for films and series from concept through release and post‑release.
• Define target audiences, positioning, consumer insights and big ideas for each project.
• Plan and manage digital, performance, social media, influencer marketing and PR campaigns.
• Grow platform audience, views, registrations and retention metrics.
• Identify and negotiate product placement, integration and co‑marketing opportunities with brands.
• Build partnerships with media, platforms, influencers and other strategic partners.
• Explore new distribution channels, international promotion and monetisation options.
• Recruit, lead and mentor the marketing team, set KPIs and manage agencies and contractors.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of marketing experience, preferably in a senior role.
• Background in film, streaming, TV, digital media, entertainment, music or consumer brands.
• Proven expertise in marketing strategy, digital marketing and budget management.
• Strong understanding of ROI, analytics and unit economics.
• Experience creating brand partnerships and commercial integrations.
• English proficiency at B1 level or higher.
