Google Ads Demand Gen Manager

About the role

BetterMe is seeking a Google Ads Demand Gen Manager to plan, launch, and scale large‑scale Google Ads campaigns with a strong focus on demand generation. You will drive video creative direction for YouTube and demand‑gen campaigns, conduct research, and shape user acquisition strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and scale Google Ads demand‑gen campaigns, managing budgets, bidding strategies and performance optimisation.
• Drive video creative direction for YouTube, including creative testing, performance analysis and hypothesis generation.
• Conduct in‑depth keyword, audience, competitor and creative research to uncover growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with motion designers and creative teams, providing clear briefs for high‑performing creatives.
• Analyse campaign and creative performance, identify trends and proactively improve based on data insights.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience managing and optimising Google Ads campaigns.
• Recent experience (within the last year) with demand‑gen campaigns and large‑budget scaling.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail and a data‑driven decision‑making approach.
• Intermediate English proficiency or higher.
• Ability to work independently, prioritise effectively and drive initiatives proactively.
