FP&A Manager

About the role

Creatio is seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to partner with cost‑center managers, ensure accurate budgeting and forecasting, and drive financial insights across the organization. You will own the FP&A tool, update forecasts monthly, and support strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Manage long‑term planning, annual budgeting, and monthly forecasting processes.
• Maintain and improve Workday Adaptive Planning models.
• Act as a Finance Business Partner, delivering presentations with actionable insights.
• Perform in‑depth reviews of actual vs. forecasted financials to support operational initiatives.
• Liaise with business, operations, and controllership to gather performance insights.
• Lead initiatives to improve financial processes, automation, and system efficiency.
• Identify and implement efficiency improvements across departments.
• Approve payment requests, ensuring compliance with budgets.
• Prioritize work, resolve issues, and meet deadlines independently.

Required profile

• 7+ years of FP&A experience.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret and present complex data.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proven ability to solve problems and manage multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Workday Adaptive Planning (formerly Adaptive Insights).
• Enterprise‑level FP&A tools such as Oracle Hyperion, NetSuite, Anaplan.
• Advanced Excel.
• PowerPoint.
