Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst – Ukraine & Moldova

About the role

Join Mondelēz International as an Analyst in Finance Planning & Analysis, supporting the Ukraine and Moldova markets. You will partner with internal finance teams and category marketing to deliver accurate forecasts, insightful analysis, and robust financial reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute monthly, quarterly and annual closing, planning and forecasting cycles with high accuracy.
• Consolidate actual results, analyse key performance drivers and provide commentary on gross revenue, net revenue and trade investments.
• Prepare consolidation, close and ad‑hoc financial reports for leadership.
• Support the category marketing team with budget plans, actual results and variance analysis.
• Develop performance measures, risk indicators and financial models to aid decision‑making.
• Enhance and streamline planning, budgeting and reporting processes.
• Maintain strong controls, ensure compliance with policies and deliver regular results reviews.
• Provide senior managers with critical financial insights to shape business strategy.

Required profile

• Strong desire to grow a finance career in a fast‑moving consumer goods environment.
• Solid experience in financial planning, performance management and cost control.
• Good business acumen of the CPG/snacking market in the region.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally and influence stakeholders.
