Fashion Operations Manager

About the role

BetterMe is looking for a Fashion Operations Manager to lead the creation and curation of fashion capsules within its global wellness ecosystem. You will own the end‑to‑end quality and logic of each capsule, from concept through publication, while working fully remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Create and curate fashion capsules, ensuring visual and conceptual consistency.
• Prepare stylizations for catalog shoots, conduct research, build moodboards, and remotely approve styling.
• Represent the fashion perspective in content‑product meetings and align fashion output with product goals.
• Build and refine operational processes, templates, and SOPs to scale the team and improve quality.
• Hire, onboard, and train Fashion Content Assistants, transmitting quality standards and workflows.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in fashion operations, styling coordination, or fashion content production.
• Strong sense of fashion trends, visual quality standards, and a genuine interest in tracking trends.
• Excellent organizational and process‑building abilities; comfortable owning SOPs and cross‑team workflows.
• Experience as a stylist assistant or stylist; background in fashion tech is a plus.
• Hands‑on experience with AI tools for image and style generation.
• Excellent communication skills for cross‑functional discussions.
