Expert in Material Quality Assessment for Registration

About the role

The State Expert Center of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine is seeking a qualified professional to conduct specialized quality assessments of registration dossiers for medicinal products, blood products, and vaccines.

Key responsibilities

• Perform specialized expertise of registration dossier materials (module 3 – Quality, Chemical, Pharmaceutical and Biological information) for medicines containing chemical and/or biological active substances, as well as blood products and vaccines.
• Organise and monitor the timely execution of expertise by other experts in accordance with established procedures and deadlines.
• Analyse dossier materials during initial registration, re‑registration, and any amendments to registration documents.
• Prepare expert conclusions and accompanying documentation based on the conducted assessments.
• Ensure that all expert evaluations comply with current Ukrainian legislation, international standards and relevant normative documents.

Required profile

• Higher education in medicine or pharmacy.
• At least 1 year of experience in a related field.
• Strong analytical and critical‑thinking abilities.
• Intermediate or higher proficiency in English.
• Team‑oriented attitude with high responsibility and goal‑driven mindset.

Required skills

• Proficient use of MS Office.
• Experience with electronic document‑flow systems and information resources.
