Electrical Engineer – Industrial Projects

About the role

Bilfinger is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join its growing Electrical department in Ukraine. You will work on mono‑disciplinary industrial projects, developing electrical designs for medium‑voltage (MV) and low‑voltage (LV) power supply systems.

Key responsibilities

• Develop electrical design documentation for MV/LV power supply systems (10/0.4 kV).
• Perform calculations, prepare layouts, diagrams, specifications and technical solutions.
• Design basic low‑current systems such as CCTV, access control, fire alarm, LAN and BMS.
• Conduct site surveys and gather initial data for the discipline.
• Coordinate with other engineering disciplines and participate in technical meetings.
• Prepare reports, technical notes and project documentation.
• Support author’s supervision during construction when required.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an electrical engineer.
• Experience on European industrial projects is a plus.
• Intermediate to strong English proficiency for technical communication.

Required skills

• Industrial MV/LV power supply design (10/0.4 kV).
• Knowledge of industrial HV power supply (110/35 kV) – preferred.
• Low‑current network expertise (CCTV, access control, fire alarm, LAN, BMS).
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and Dialux.
• Familiarity with Revit – preferred.
