Director, Delivery Management

About the role

We are looking for a Director of Delivery Management to lead end‑to‑end project delivery across multiple domains. The role combines strategic oversight, stakeholder collaboration, and hands‑on leadership to ensure projects meet quality, timeline, and business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Drive timely completion of projects while maintaining high‑quality standards and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Build new projects from scratch, establishing frameworks, communication channels, and monitoring systems.
• Guide projects through transitions, adapting processes to improve success rates.
• Develop and nurture long‑term customer relationships, understanding needs and delivering consistent value.
• Identify and promote additional services or products to enhance the organization’s value proposition.
• Adjust strategies in response to change and uncertainty, ensuring project resilience.
• Lead negotiations and resolve conflicts to achieve consensus.
• Collaborate with technical teams to guarantee adherence to software engineering standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in project coordination, scrum mastering, or delivery management.
• Proven track record in senior project‑leadership roles such as Project Manager or Scrum Master.
• Strong understanding of operational, financial, and strategic dimensions of a technology company.
• Demonstrated ability to build lasting customer relationships and adapt to new environments.

Required skills

• Knowledge of software engineering practices and principles.
• Experience developing project structures, rules, and procedures.
• Effective negotiation and conflict‑resolution capabilities.
