Director, Delivery Management

About the role

EPAM is looking for a Director of Delivery Management to lead end‑to‑end project execution, ensuring that initiatives are delivered on time, within quality standards, and aligned with client expectations. This senior position works remotely from anywhere in Ukraine and collaborates closely with technical and business stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and deliver projects on schedule while meeting quality and stakeholder expectations.
• Design project frameworks from scratch, establishing transparent communication and monitoring mechanisms.
• Navigate project changes, adjusting strategies to maximise success.
• Develop and maintain long‑term customer relationships, understanding needs and delivering consistent value.
• Identify upselling opportunities to enhance the company’s value proposition.
• Manage change and uncertainty, adapting strategies as required.
• Negotiate agreements and resolve conflicts efficiently.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure high‑quality output and adherence to software engineering principles.
• Demonstrate understanding of operational, financial and strategic aspects of the business.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in project coordination, Scrum Mastery or delivery management.
• Proven track record in leading project teams and delivering complex software initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of software engineering practices and principles.
• Experience building project structures, rules and procedures.
• Ability to nurture lasting customer relationships and drive upselling.
• Comfortable adapting strategies in dynamic environments.
• Upper‑Intermediate English proficiency (B2) or higher.
