Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

BetterMe is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to lead Meta advertising efforts, experiment with AI tools, and drive new user growth across its well‑being ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and scale Meta as a primary acquisition channel, building and optimizing campaigns with AI‑powered testing.
• Identify trends, generate creative hypotheses, and collaborate with designers to create winning ad concepts.
• Run A/B tests across audiences, creatives and placements to continuously improve performance.
• Translate performance insights into actionable briefs for the creative team.
• Work with analytics, product and other cross‑functional teams to build full‑funnel acquisition strategies.
• Manage advertising budgets, report on channel performance and forecast the impact of user‑acquisition activities.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of hands‑on performance marketing experience with Meta Ads.
• Solid understanding of Meta campaign structure, audience targeting, creative formats and attribution.
• Practical experience using AI tools for research, content creation, analysis or optimization.
• Strong organizational skills and proven ability to collaborate across functions.
• Proactive mindset with a drive to generate ideas and solve problems.
