DevOps Engineer

About the role

BetterMe is looking for a DevOps Engineer to manage and optimise our cloud infrastructure, improve monitoring, and automate repetitive tasks. You will work on a variety of technologies, contribute ideas for new tools, and support on‑call rotations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise AWS cloud resources with a focus on cost and resilience.
• Enhance technical monitoring and alerting using Prometheus, Grafana and related tools.
• Automate manual processes and improve CI/CD pipelines.
• Explore and propose new technologies to increase team efficiency.
• Participate in on‑call rotations (one week per month) with compensation or time off.

Required profile

• 2+ years of DevOps experience, preferably with AWS or similar cloud platforms.
• Hands‑on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Helm and related container orchestration tools.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive, business‑oriented mindset.
• Familiarity with large‑scale distributed systems is a plus.
