Dental Detailing Representative - Maternity Cover

About the role

Haleon is looking for a Dental Detailing Representative to plan visits and work with dentists in Kyiv. The role drives recommendation and awareness growth for Haleon's Oral Health portfolio and manages the assigned territory. It is offered on an employment contract as maternity cover, with an initial duration of 3 years.

Key responsibilities

• Implement cycle plans in the territory to support growth in sales, recommendation and awareness.
• Conduct high-quality calls (visits) with dentists and other healthcare professionals.
• Optimise the territory through HCP segmentation and routing, including Targeting and S&T surveys.
• Engage dentists, KOLs, KEEs and other HCPs with strong product and disease-area knowledge.
• Maintain accurate customer records in CRM and CLM systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues to run cycle plans and improve processes.
• Take part in conferences, congresses, exhibitions, seminars and round tables.
• Ensure proper use of company materials and assets, and complete required training and certifications.

Required profile

• Fluent Ukrainian; English is not required.
• Medical or pharmaceutical background preferred.
• Sales, healthcare, dental detailing or FMCG experience is an advantage.
• Valid driver's licence.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and ability to learn new systems.
• Excellent communication skills.
