Demand Planning Expert – Supply Chain

About the role

We are looking for a Demand Planning Expert to join our Supply Chain team in Ukraine. The role will manage the finished‑goods demand planning process for the coffee category, supporting Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and aligning forecasts with sales, marketing and finance objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the execution of short‑term and long‑term national forecasts for finished goods.
• Coordinate the monthly IBP cycle together with Sales, Marketing and Finance teams.
• Maintain weekly client‑level forecasts and upload data to SAP/APO/OMP systems.
• Track demand KPIs, perform root‑cause analysis and drive continuous process improvements.
• Monitor slow‑moving stock, manage obsoletes and provide inventory provisions for FP&A.
• Collaborate with Demand & Supply Planners to optimise local and import inventory.
• Prepare regular portfolio reviews, ABC analyses and support annual budgeting and operational planning.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, Food Science, Operations or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in demand planning, forecasting or supply‑chain analytics.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Collaborative attitude and effective communication with cross‑functional teams.
