Cybersecurity Compliance Specialist

About the role

AMC Bridge is seeking a Cybersecurity Compliance Specialist to help a leading manufacturing software vendor meet the upcoming European Cyber Resilience Act (CRA) requirements. You will work remotely from Ukraine, collaborating with engineering teams to assess and improve the cybersecurity posture of their products.

Key responsibilities

• Review product development and security processes from a CRA compliance perspective.
• Assess cybersecurity risks, identify compliance gaps and provide actionable recommendations.
• Support the creation and execution of a CRA compliance roadmap.
• Collaborate with software engineers and technical stakeholders to address security and compliance issues.
• Monitor compliance activities, report findings and ensure alignment with EU cybersecurity regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 + years of experience in cybersecurity, information security or security compliance.
• BS or MS in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering or a related field.
• Practical experience with Cyber Resilience Act (CRA) compliance activities.
• Experience conducting cybersecurity assessments, audits or compliance reviews.
• Strong communication skills and upper‑intermediate English proficiency.

Required skills

• Knowledge of IEC 62443 standards.
• Experience with DevSecOps practices.
• Secure software development and risk assessment skills.
