Customer Success Manager

About the role

Intellias is looking for a proactive Customer Success Manager to join its cross‑functional Support Team. You will act as the main point of contact for clients using cutting‑edge technology solutions, ensuring they receive the guidance and support needed to achieve their business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain regular, proactive communication with clients to understand and respond to evolving needs.
• Guide clients on best practices, provide training, and showcase product features aligned with their goals.
• Organise and lead virtual customer meetings, including agenda preparation, moderation, and documentation of outcomes.
• Collaborate with product management to advise clients on product capabilities.
• Collect and share client feedback to influence product and service improvements.
• Configure customer settings using internal tools to optimise user experience.
• Track customer satisfaction through established metrics and drive continuous improvement.
• Communicate professionally in English, both written and spoken, and support clients in their native language when possible.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Customer Success or Account Management.
• Excellent English communication skills (C1 level or higher).
• Strong interpersonal abilities to build trust and maintain long‑term relationships.
• Solid understanding of business processes and alignment of product usage with customer goals.
• Familiarity with customer success metrics and KPIs.
• Ability to work across time zones and manage international client relationships.
• Self‑motivated, organised, and comfortable in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
