CRM Manager

About the role

Welltech is looking for a motivated and detail‑oriented CRM Manager to support lead remarketing and automated communication programs. Working closely with senior CRM team members, you will help drive first‑subscription conversion through lifecycle campaign execution, journey mapping, and continuous testing.

Key responsibilities

• Support the CRM Acquisition Lead in executing remarketing strategies for non‑converted leads and monitor performance against subscription targets.
• Assist in building and maintaining automated journeys, including segmentation setup, quality assurance, and basic troubleshooting.
• Help execute personalized campaigns, draft briefs, and coordinate copy and creative requests.
• Support content QA to ensure consistency across touchpoints.
• Participate in simple A/B tests, collect campaign data, and aid reporting for the wider team.
• Document learnings from tests and campaigns to improve performance.
• Coordinate daily with Monetization, Performance Marketing, Product, and Analytics teams.
• Maintain cross‑channel consistency across lifecycle campaigns, paywall experiences, and in‑app messaging.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, marketing automation, or a related field.
• Exposure to email or push notification tools such as Reteno or Braze.
• Basic understanding of a CRM/lifecycle tech stack and comfort with troubleshooting.
