Chief Technology Officer

About the role

The company is an international product firm with a portfolio of 11 profitable B2C SaaS solutions. It seeks a Chief Technology Officer who will lead the engineering organization, translate business priorities into technical decisions, and maintain rapid execution while scaling the product suite.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the technology strategy across the B2C product portfolio.
• Translate commercial and product priorities into clear engineering plans.
• Partner closely with the CEO and senior leadership to identify technical opportunities and risks.
• Lead an engineering team of 40‑50 members across backend, frontend, full‑stack, QA, and DevOps.
• Align engineering teams with six business units and multiple digital products.
• Strengthen collaboration between engineering, product, and business stakeholders.
• Evaluate and evolve the organizational structure to improve delivery and ownership.
• Own architectural direction, ensuring systems are secure, reliable, scalable, and maintainable.
• Guide technical decisions across a modern stack including Node.js, NestJS, Next.js, Kubernetes, and AWS.
• Improve engineering standards, quality assurance practices, data protection, and operational reliability.
