Business Development Manager – Eastern & Central Europe

About the role

UST is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to lead growth initiatives across Eastern and Central Europe. You will identify emerging opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and drive revenue in a fast‑moving IT market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture relationships with potential enterprise clients, scheduling meetings and presentations.
• Collaborate with leads generated from inbound marketing, warm networking and lead‑generation campaigns.
• Identify new market segments, expand the sales pipeline and improve overall performance.
• Participate in conferences and industry events to stay abreast of market trends.
• Prepare tailored proposals and collect initial requirements to support the sales process.
• Manage RFPs and tenders, ensuring timely and effective responses.
• Utilize CRM tools to organise customer interactions and maintain accurate data.
• Produce monthly sales reports to track performance against targets.

Required profile

• Result‑oriented professional with strong self‑organisation and the ability to work independently.
• Self‑motivated to generate and exploit new business opportunities.
• Upper‑intermediate English proficiency (minimum).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT sales, preferably with enterprise clients.

Required skills

• Experience selling Web and Mobile Development services.
• Familiarity with complex enterprise solutions such as SAP, Salesforce and Workday.
• Proven ability to handle tenders and RFP processes.
• Competence with CRM systems for sales pipeline management.
