BDR Manager

About the role

Warmy.io is a fast‑growing B2B SaaS company that solves email deliverability for teams that rely on their messages reaching the inbox. The Business Development Representative (BDR) Manager will own the outbound engine, building net‑new pipeline from scratch and turning outreach into qualified meetings for the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and build target lists using the Ideal Customer Profile, researching accounts and identifying the right contacts.
• Run multi‑channel outbound sequences (email, LinkedIn, cold calling) to generate qualified meetings.
• Qualify prospects against criteria before booking, ensuring Account Executives receive high‑value meetings.
• Personalize outreach based on deep research rather than generic templates.
• Maintain a clean and accurate CRM, logging every touch, reply, and outcome.
• Track and report on messaging, channels, and segments to identify what converts best.
• Partner with the Head of Sales and Account Executives on messaging, targeting, and smooth hand‑offs.
• Continuously test and refine subject lines, sequences, and talk tracks to improve reply and conversion rates.

Required profile

• Proven experience in outbound sales, including cold calling, cold emailing, and social selling.
• Strong research skills that translate into personalized outreach.
• Comfortable maintaining high daily activity volume and handling rejection.
• Data‑driven mindset; tracks personal metrics and uses them for improvement.
• Fluent in HubSpot or a comparable CRM and experienced with outbound tools such as Outreach, Salesloft, or Apollo.
• Excellent written communication; emails consistently generate replies.
• Available to start ASAP and able to work core outbound hours.
