Audit Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Audit Manager to join Kreston Ukraine, a leading audit and consulting firm in the country. The role involves leading audit engagements for a portfolio of high‑profile clients and ensuring the delivery of high‑quality audit services.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and supervise audit missions for corporate clients, ensuring compliance with professional standards.
• Manage audit teams, allocate tasks and monitor progress to meet deadlines.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to clients and senior management.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Support business development activities and contribute to proposal preparation.

Required profile

• Higher education in accounting, finance or a related field.
• Professional audit experience, preferably with exposure to large corporate clients.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills in Ukrainian and English.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
