AI-Enabled .NET Chief Architect

About the role

Sparkrock is seeking a senior .NET Chief Architect who combines deep .NET expertise with AI‑assisted coding tools to drive the evolution of its SaaS platform for social benefit organizations. This is a fully remote position where you will shape technical standards, mentor developers, and ensure the delivery of secure, high‑quality software.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate and approve technical designs against product standards.
• Research, recommend, and integrate new technologies and platforms.
• Define coding standards, lead code‑review sessions, and document architecture.
• Develop complex solutions and prototypes, leveraging AI‑assisted coding tools.
• Manage the product release process and maintain release documentation.
• Conduct deep‑dive analyses to solve intricate technical problems.
• Mentor platform developers and act as the technical expert across teams.

Required profile

• Diploma in Computer Science or related field.
• 10+ years of .NET development experience.
• 5+ years of full‑stack development on enterprise SaaS products.
• Hands‑on experience with AI‑assisted coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor).
• Proven ability to implement unit and integration tests for both backend and frontend.
• Experience setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines and containerized applications.
• Strong communication skills in English and a detail‑oriented, quality‑focused mindset.
