Accountant – Kyiv

About the role

Join PwC's accounting and tax compliance team in Kyiv as an Accountant. You will support multinational clients with day‑to‑day accounting and tax tasks, working closely with senior colleagues and gaining exposure to local GAAP and IFRS standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily accounting operations, including booking bank statements, processing acceptance acts, delivery notes and VAT invoices (both outgoing and incoming).
• Maintain primary documents by requesting, sorting and preparing supplier documentation for accounting purposes.
• Record and manage fixed assets in the accounting system.
• Communicate with clients both in writing and orally.
• Prepare statistical reports and support the preparation of VAT and Corporate Profit Tax (CPT) reports.
• Assist in month‑end, quarter‑end and year‑end closing processes.

Required profile

• University degree in Economics, Tax, Audit or Accounting.
• Approximately one year of experience as an accountant.
• Fluent spoken and written Ukrainian and at least intermediate English.
• Strong time‑management skills and ability to work in a team.
