Account Manager (Communications)

About the role

Compions.Agency is a seasoned communications consultancy that helps organisations and brands increase visibility, reputation and impact. We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to lead communication projects from initial planning through to successful delivery, working closely with our diverse client base.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute communication projects, ensuring they meet client objectives and quality standards.
• Develop and implement communication strategies, branding, PR, social media, video production and educational content.
• Manage timelines, budgets and resources across multiple concurrent projects.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
• Collaborate with internal creative, digital and production teams to deliver integrated solutions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in project management within communications, PR, digital, creative or advertising agencies.
• Upper‑Intermediate (B2) English proficiency or higher.
• Ability to manage several projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organised, adaptable and comfortable in a fast‑changing environment.
• Client‑oriented mindset with a collaborative work style.
