Web Content CMS Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Web Content CMS Specialist to join Valtech’s Global Marketing team. You will own day‑to‑day content integration on our global website, building and maintaining landing pages while ensuring optimal structure, component selection and user journeys.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain website pages in Optimizely (or similar) based on approved content, wireframes and designs.
• Select and configure CMS components to create effective layouts and journeys, respecting information architecture and content hierarchy.
• Collaborate with regional marketers, designers, copywriters and developers to translate marketing requirements into technical implementation.
• Implement SEO, GEO and accessibility best practices, including metadata, URL management, redirects and internal linking.
• Maintain CMS hygiene and content governance, ensuring consistent naming conventions, asset usage and page structure.
• Monitor analytics and SEO insights to identify cross‑linking opportunities and improve content performance.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with enterprise CMS platforms such as Optimizely, Adobe Experience Manager, Sitecore or Contentful.
• Proven ability to build complex web pages using reusable components or design‑system‑based structures.
• Strong understanding of modern website architecture, component/template relationships and front‑end presentation.
• Excellent written and spoken English and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Detail‑oriented, independent, and capable of prioritising competing requests.
