Web & Brand Designer (Kyiv)

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Web & Brand Designer to join our Kyiv Design Hub. You will own the full design lifecycle, creating user‑friendly web experiences and cohesive brand identities for products that reach millions of users.

Key responsibilities

• Lead design projects from concept to launch, delivering high‑quality websites and brand assets.
• Develop branding concepts, visual languages, typography systems, imagery, motion and illustration.
• Conduct visual and web research to stay ahead of trends and set new standards.
• Collaborate with product, content and QA teams to ensure designs are performant, accessible and responsive.

Required profile

• 4+ years of professional web and brand design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Ability to mentor junior designers and iterate quickly on feedback.
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Creative Suite.
• AI content generation tools (Claude Design, Figma Weave, Brik, Midjourney).
• Wix or comparable advanced web platforms (Webflow, Framer).
• After Effects, motion design.
• Blender, Cinema 4D.
• HTML, CSS.
