User Acquisition & Performance Marketing Manager – Mobile Apps

About the role

TechBiz Global is recruiting a Senior User Acquisition & Performance Marketing Manager to lead paid acquisition efforts for Android mobile applications, including utility apps and games. You will be responsible for launching, optimizing, and scaling campaigns across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimize paid User Acquisition campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, DSPs and mobile ad networks.
• Test new audiences, creatives and traffic sources, evaluate performance using CPI, CPA, ROAS, LTV and retention metrics.
• Allocate and scale budgets exceeding $1M, following a test‑validate‑scale methodology.
• Collaborate with creative, product and monetization teams to improve ad creatives, conversion and retention.
• Monitor campaign performance with mobile measurement platforms such as AppsFlyer, Adjust or Singular and produce regular performance reports.

Required profile

• 2–3+ years of hands‑on User Acquisition or Performance Marketing experience focused on mobile apps.
• Proven track record launching and scaling Android app campaigns with budgets of $1M+.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to make data‑driven budget and optimization decisions.
• Experience working with international markets is a plus.
