User Acquisition Manager (Meta)

About the role

Clario, a consumer-focused company building simple, secure apps, is hiring a User Acquisition Manager (Meta) for a remote position. The role sets up, manages and expands user acquisition strategies across Meta platforms, and optimizes them with data and automation.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, manage and expand user acquisition strategies across Meta.
• Analyze daily KPIs to optimize for revenue goals, from top-of-funnel indicators (CPA, CTR, CR) to down-funnel metrics (conversion, LTV, ROI).
• Leverage AI-driven martech automations to optimize marketing processes.
• Propose data-driven hypotheses, run and manage new creative tests and flow tests, analyze results and implement changes.

Required profile

• 3+ years of performance marketing experience driving user acquisition on Meta, managing monthly budgets of $300,000+.
• Proven growth experience for subscription-based B2C mobile apps targeting Western markets, with a focus on Web-to-App funnels.
• Methodical, A/B testing mindset and a data-driven approach to metrics.
• Proactive, adaptable and quick learner.
