Travel Visa Manager – Russian Speaker

About the role

We are looking for a Travel Visa Manager who is fluent in Russian and English to join our client’s operations team in Dnipro. The role involves overseeing visa applications and corporate travel logistics for employees and business travelers, ensuring smooth and compliant movement across borders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end visa application processes for staff and business travelers.
• Coordinate and organize corporate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation and required documentation.
• Ensure compliance with visa regulations and travel requirements for multiple countries.
• Communicate with embassies, agencies and internal stakeholders to resolve visa‑related issues.
• Track visa statuses, maintain accurate records and provide regular updates.
• Offer guidance and support to employees on travel and visa procedures.
• Handle urgent travel requests and troubleshoot travel‑related problems efficiently.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in travel management or a related field.
• Fluency in Russian and English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to travel on a monthly basis and hold an active visa with no travel restrictions.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with high attention to detail.
• Empathetic, service‑oriented mindset and the capacity to work independently.
• Experience collaborating with international teams or in global mobility.
• Knowledge of visa regulations across multiple regions.
