Software Engineer – AI‑focused Development

About the role

PwC is seeking a Software Engineer to join its Lviv delivery centre. The role focuses on leveraging artificial‑intelligence tools to accelerate development and deliver innovative solutions for Central and Eastern Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test and maintain software applications using modern development practices.
• Apply AI‑powered tools and services to improve productivity and code quality.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable technical solutions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional, distributed teams to deliver high‑quality products.
• Troubleshoot, debug and resolve technical issues, including incident support.
• Contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives and technical innovation.

Required profile

• Strong fundamentals in software engineering, design and coding best practices.
• Hands‑on experience with .NET and Python development.
• Interest in or experience with artificial‑intelligence‑enabled development tools.
• Analytical mindset with solid problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
