Senior/Lead User Acquisition Manager

About the role

Leaply is a fast‑growing ecosystem focused on healthier habits. We are looking for a data‑driven User Acquisition Manager to own and scale our growth engine across Tier 1 markets, working closely with product and creative teams to turn insights into revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Launch, manage, and scale Meta (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns in Tier 1 markets.
• Track and optimise core metrics such as CAC, LTV and ROI, directly influencing revenue growth.
• Build and improve automated workflows for campaign management, creative testing and reporting.
• Collaborate with Creative, Growth and Product teams to align acquisition efforts.
• Proactively generate and test new hypotheses to continuously improve performance.

Required profile

• 3+ years of performance‑marketing experience with hands‑on work in Meta, Google and TikTok ads.
• Strong analytical mindset; able to turn data into actionable decisions.
• Test‑and‑learn attitude, comfortable moving fast in a dynamic environment.
• Fluent English (B2+), able to operate across English‑speaking markets.
• Blend of creativity and logic – can brainstorm bold ad angles and calculate CAC.
