Senior User Acquisition Manager (Facebook)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior User Acquisition Manager to own and scale Facebook (Meta) advertising for one of our core direct‑to‑consumer subscription products. You will drive the full funnel from ad to quiz, trial and subscription across more than 40 countries and 20 languages.

Key responsibilities

• Own the Facebook account end‑to‑end, managing structure, budgets, bidding and geo mix to keep subscription volume high at target CPA and ROI.
• Scale winning campaigns without breaking CPA and maintain stable delivery at high spend.
• Run a continuous testing pipeline for creatives, structures, bidding strategies, placements, geographies and languages, killing under‑performers quickly.
• Define creative direction, brief the creative team and iterate based on data‑backed feedback.
• Make decisions using real cohort revenue from BI rather than platform‑reported numbers, breaking performance down to country × creative × bid.
• Protect ad accounts, pages and Business Managers by ensuring policy‑safe copy, handling appeals and maintaining backups.
• Automate repeatable workflow parts with AI tools, keeping manual work to a minimum.

Required profile

• Full ownership of the channel from diagnosis to results without reminders.
• Analytical mindset: every scale or kill decision is backed by clear thresholds and dollar impact.
• Plans ahead, running the channel against multi‑week and multi‑month plans.
• Performs well under load, managing many campaigns and tests in parallel without quality loss.
• Ambitious and driven to grow quickly and prove performance.

Required skills

• Facebook Ads (Meta) platform expertise.
• Budget management of $400K+ per month with direct CPA/ROI accountability.
• Web‑to‑web subscription funnel optimization.
• Multi‑geo campaign scaling across numerous countries and languages.
• Cohort analysis, LTV calculation and payback assessment.
• Daily use of AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT for analysis and automation.
