Senior UI Designer – Consulting Focus

About the role

Deloitte Digital is seeking a Senior UI Designer with a consulting background to shape the visual experience of web and mobile products for international clients. You will lead design direction, create high‑fidelity interfaces, and craft AI‑enabled workflows that boost user productivity.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain visual design standards across web and mobile platforms.
• Produce high‑fidelity UI mockups, key visuals, design systems, and production‑ready specifications.
• Design innovative AI‑powered experiences and workflows.
• Develop wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, and polished visual designs from concept to implementation.
• Collaborate closely with product owners, developers, and fellow designers.
• Present design concepts and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
• Champion design excellence, accessibility, and emerging UI trends.
• Support usability testing and iterate based on user insights and business goals.

Required profile

• 5‑8 years of experience as a Product, UI, or Interaction Designer.
• Strong portfolio showcasing high‑fidelity interfaces, design systems, and end‑to‑end product design.
• Exceptional visual design skills (typography, layout, color, iconography, motion).
• Experience designing AI‑driven user experiences.
• Deep understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles.
• Degree in Interaction Design, HCI, Visual Design, Cognitive Psychology, or related field.
