Senior Sales Finance Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled and business‑savvy Senior Sales Finance Analyst to support our commercial organisation with deep analytical insights, advanced reporting, and strategic recommendations. The role combines data analysis, forecasting, and direct presentation of insights to senior leadership, sales teams, and cross‑functional stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead sales forecasting processes in partnership with Sales, Marketing and Finance, and support annual and quarterly planning cycles using robust data models and scenario analysis.
• Analyse sales performance across channels, products and customers, identifying trends, risks and opportunities to influence revenue and profitability.
• Provide analytical support for pricing decisions, promotions, customer negotiations and go‑to‑market initiatives, and actively participate in business reviews and strategic planning sessions.
• Prepare and present data for internal and external meetings, ensuring accuracy, consistency and clear communication of insights to senior management and cross‑functional teams.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Business, Finance or Economics.
• Progress toward CIMA qualification (minimum two‑thirds completed) or holding the CIMA Advanced Diploma in Management Accounting.
• Advanced English proficiency with confidence presenting analytical insights to senior leadership.
• 10+ years of experience in sales analytics or commercial finance.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC); experience with Fusion is a strong advantage.
• Strong presentation abilities and business acumen related to sales KPIs and commercial drivers.
