Senior React Engineer with Node.js

About the role

We are looking for a Senior React Engineer with Node.js to join our team. Our client is building an AI‑powered SaaS platform that helps leading companies search, analyse, and use patent data for drafting, prior‑art analysis, collaboration, and project management. The role sits within a multidisciplinary team of IP software specialists, patent data professionals, and patent attorneys.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain the front‑end interface for product delivery areas, collaborating with product stakeholders, designers, and the Technical Program Manager.
• Resolve known bugs across existing products and contribute to new feature development.
• Implement responsive layouts, ensure cross‑browser/device compatibility, and follow WCAG accessibility best practices.
• Optimize site performance using modern tooling, bundling, and code‑quality improvements.
• Develop and manage analytics and testing frameworks, including Google Analytics, event tracking, and A/B testing.
• Provide basic database or API integration support alongside the back‑end engineering team.
• Write and maintain automated unit, integration, and end‑to‑end tests.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience developing and maintaining web interfaces in a standalone role.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, React, and Node.js.
• Experience with D3, Azure, XML and JSON data formats.
• Ability to produce scalable, maintainable solutions and manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Upper‑Intermediate English proficiency.
