Senior PPC Specialist

About the role

Creatio is seeking a proactive Senior PPC Specialist to lead paid‑media campaigns that drive lead generation and brand awareness worldwide. You will shape data‑driven growth strategies across multiple platforms while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Create, manage, and optimize campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Google, LinkedIn, and emerging LLM platforms.
• Plan and schedule multi‑channel marketing initiatives, providing personalization and optimization recommendations.
• Produce KPI reports, monitor performance, and adjust campaign structures to maximize ROI.
• Develop new paid‑ads strategies, leveraging AI‑driven insights and LLM advertising opportunities.
• Launch and refine campaigns on ChatGPT and other large language‑model platforms.

Required profile

• Proven experience with LinkedIn, Google Ads, Search, Display, Microsoft Advertising, Facebook and other paid media channels.
• Strong proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4) and A/B testing.
• Background in B2B or software development is highly preferred.
• Ability to set up pixels, conversion tracking, and launch campaigns from scratch.
• Data‑driven analytical mindset with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent collaboration with digital, content, and design teams.
• Project‑management skills to handle multiple campaigns, budgeting and media planning.
• Advanced Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP) and familiarity with Keyword Planner and CRM systems.
• Experience analyzing performance funnels, market research and competitor insights.
• Knowledge of advertising on AI platforms such as ChatGPT and other LLMs.
