Senior DevOps Engineer (AWS/Kubernetes)

About the role

Capgemini is looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to support one of the world’s leading mass‑media companies. You will work closely with the client, drive infrastructure and platform improvements, and ensure delivery of reliable, scalable, high‑quality solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the client to gather and clarify technical and business requirements.
• Provide recommendations for system improvements, optimisations and best practices.
• Review team members' code and give technical guidance to maintain high‑quality results.
• Support and improve cloud infrastructure and deployment processes.
• Work closely with engineering teams to keep platform operations reliable and efficient.

Required profile

• Strong hands‑on experience with Terraform and Kubernetes.
• Experience with GitHub Actions, GitHub Pipelines, Argo CD and Drone CI/CD.
• Good understanding of Service‑Oriented Architecture (SOA).
• Experience managing SSL certificates and AWS Route 53.
• Knowledge of Celery, RabbitMQ and Memcache.
• Familiarity with AWS services (SES, Transfer Family, WAF, DynamoDB, ECR, SQS, SNS) and GCP.
• Experience working with Jira.
• Upper‑intermediate English level and strong communication skills.
