Sales Controller – Financial Stewardship for Off/On Premise

About the role

The Sales Controller ensures financial stewardship of Red Bull’s Off/On Premise business by providing analytical insights, supporting budgeting, forecasting and reporting, and acting as the key financial partner for sales teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain SAP (GL, IO) and BI (Customer, Channel, SKU) reporting structures aligned with the sales organisation.
• Prepare, present and analyse monthly, quarterly and yearly financial results, variance explanations and forecasts.
• Support budget owners during planning, challenge assumptions and ensure high forecasting accuracy.
• Calculate customer profitability, channel mix impact, and key financial KPIs such as net sales value and exposure rates.
• Act as key user for SAP/BI, Value Chain Management (VCM) and Promotional Evaluation Tool (PET).
• Collaborate with Key Account Managers on joint business plans, trade spend ROI and price elasticity assessments.

Required profile

• BComm or equivalent qualification.
• Strong analytical, financial and commercial acumen.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to influence senior stakeholders.
• Self‑motivated, structured and able to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Service‑oriented mindset with the ability to build trusted relationships with budget owners.
